JKV 30 is a semi-automatic tempering machine & T10 full automatic tempering machine.
Excuse me, I am not totally understand your mean about "semi-automatic tempering machine". Does it not have the cooler device or anything compare with full-automatic ? What is the main difference between semi-automatic and full-automatic?

With the first machine (JKV30) the mould can be filled with chocolate. Connect the mould with clips & place them on the 2nd machine (spinning machine). This machine rotates the mould & chocolate. The chocolate is now equally thick.
Sorry, my mean is what difference of procedure between JKV 30 and T10. Whether both of them can make high quality chocolate?
